{"id":11388,"date":"2026-02-04T14:47:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T22:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/graysharbor\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=11388"},"modified":"2026-02-04T14:47:46","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T22:47:46","slug":"gh-4-h-enrollment-forms-due-for-fair-eligibility","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/graysharbor\/event\/gh-4-h-enrollment-forms-due-for-fair-eligibility\/","title":{"rendered":"GH 4-H Enrollment Forms Due for Fair Eligibility"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>All new and returning 4-H members and adult volunteers can <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.4honline.com\">log in<\/a> to their profile and enter 4-H enrollment information directly.<\/p>\n<p>Step by step guides to the enrollment process and hard copy forms are available <a href=\"http:\/\/ext100.wsu.edu\/graysharbor\/4-h\/forms\/\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a additional forms that need to be completed\u00a0for\u00a0youth members\u00a0to\u00a0exhibit their 4-H Project in the Grays County Fair.\u00a0 These forms, along with the\u00a0current Exhibitors Book,\u00a0are posted by the\u00a0Grays Harbor County Fair staff\u00a0on the GHC Fairgrounds website, as well as the Grays Harbor County\u00a04-H pages.<\/p>\n<p>Since there are a number of organizations who work together to make the Grays Harbor County Fair come to life in our community, there are multiple places to search for information and deadlines.\u00a0\u00a0While some of these dates are established by partner organizations in the community, they should be posted and shared as soon as possible through the course of the year in the News Blast and on the <a href=\"http:\/\/ext100.wsu.edu\/graysharbor\/4-h\/calendar\/\">4-H Calendar<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting the\u00a0April 1st 4-H Enrollment\u00a0deadline is the way for youth to become eligible to exhibit 4-H Projects at the GH 4-H County Fair.\u00a0 When those exhibits are related to animal projects, some of the other deadlines to consider are:<br \/>\nMarch and June &#8211; GH 4-H Horse Council Mandatory Meetings for Horse Project Exhibitors<br \/>\nApril &#8211; Grays Harbor Youth Livestock Auction (GHYLA) Registration Deadline<br \/>\nMay &#8211; Grays Harbor Youth Livestock Auction (GHYLA) Quality Assurance Meeting<br \/>\nJuly &#8211; Grays Harbor County Fair Animal Entry Deadlines<br \/>\nJuly and August\u00a0&#8211; Grays Harbor County Fair Still Life Entry Deadlines (photos, posters, creative art projects, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>There are also 4-H animal management and care deadlines, established by the WA State 4-H Program, which vary by animal species, and are <a href=\"http:\/\/cru.cahe.wsu.edu\/CEPublications\/EM0758E\/EM0758E.pdf\">outlined (pdf)<\/a> and can be found by searching for WA State 4-H Program Policy (WSU Publication EM0758).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All new and returning 4-H members and adult volunteers can log in to their profile and enter 4-H enrollment information directly.
