The Grays Harbor 4-H Council would like to request your help at the Spring bingo event and to invite you, your family, and friends to come join the fun at 7 pm on Saturday, April 18th!
\nThe Council would like to thank everyone who has donated so far, and invite you to help in the following ways:
\nA) By donating prizes for the event
\n> Gift cards with a $10 value
\n(20 needed)…(0 already received!);
\n> Gift cards with a $25 value (or a gift basket of equal value)
\n(2 needed)…(0 already received!)<\/p>\n
B) By donating baked goodies for the raffle;
\n(many needed!)
\n** If you are able to donate a gift card or baked goods, please use the contact information listed below to let Cathy know:
\n> how many gift cards will be donated
\n> how many baked goods will be donated
\n> if donations will be:
\n– dropped off at the WSU Extension office by 4pm on Thursday the 16th,
\nor
\n– dropped off at the Olympic View Grange on Saturday the 18th at 4pm.<\/p>\n
C) By volunteering to help with:
\n> set up at 4pm on Saturday, April 18th
\n> clean up immediately following the bingo event
\n> help with number call back;
\n> help in kitchen<\/p>\n
D) By sharing information about this event in your club, community, and among family members.<\/p>\n
