This will be a 15 min time for us to talk to you one on one, and gather your paperwork.<br \/>\n<b><u>Please call Taylor by May 13<\/u><\/b><b><u><sup><span style=\"font-size: small\">th<\/span><\/sup><\/u><\/b><b><u> to schedule a time<\/u><\/b>.
