{"id":8968,"date":"2023-05-02T18:24:30","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T01:24:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/graysharbor\/?post_type=tribe_events&amp;p=8968"},"modified":"2023-05-02T18:24:30","modified_gmt":"2023-05-03T01:24:30","slug":"plant-clinic-ocean-shores-2","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/graysharbor\/event\/plant-clinic-ocean-shores-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Plant Clinic &#8211; Ocean Shores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Master Gardeners of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties will be hosting a <strong>Plant Clinic<\/strong> on <strong>Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 2 PM<\/strong> at Buck Electric Ace Hardware in Ocean Shores.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pnwmg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/mg-training-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-11477\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Common questions for the Master Gardener volunteers are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What plants grow best in the Pacific Northwest?<\/li>\n<li>What can I grow in the maritime environment?<\/li>\n<li>How can I test my soil?<\/li>\n<li>What will I have problems growing where I live?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To help us better diagnose a plant problem, please try to share as much of the following information as possible:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The type of damage are you seeing and when it start<\/li>\n<li>The parts of the plant that are affected: flower, leaf, stem, fruit, etc.<\/li>\n<li>How is the plant watered and the amount and frequency of watering<\/li>\n<li>The location of the plant ; in a garden bed or in the lawn, next to a driveway or house, in full or part sun, the direction the plant faces, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-11485\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pnwmg.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Picture3-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Sharing photographs of your plant problem, plant identification or insect identification is helpful. Please bring a sample if possible.
