Island County Master Gardeners Present: Watering Wisely

August 16 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Did you know that planning your plant choices and determining your soil type can positively impact your gardening efforts? Presenters Lisa Philips, Kim Baxter, and Krista Hanson-Walker discuss these topics along with sub-irrigated (SIP) planter systems to help in watering your garden. This free program is part of the Gardening for Food Lovers series where Island County Master Gardeners share tips and methods to help your vegetation thrive.  Presentations are followed by a 15-minute plant “clinic” where your questions about plant problems are answered.
