The prestigious award from the <a href=\"https:\/\/mgfws.org\/\">Master Gardener Foundation of Washington State<\/a> recognizes an active WSU Extension Master Gardener Volunteer that has demonstrated their commitment to the <a href=\"http:\/\/mastergardener.wsu.edu\/\">Master Gardener Program<\/a> by providing leadership at the county and state levels, having had significant statewide or broader impact on the program, and having made a lasting contribution to the Master Gardener Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C-J became a Master Gardener in King County in 2006 and has been an Island County Master Gardener since 2012. She was a board member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icmgf.org\/\">Island County Master Gardener Foundation<\/a> and served as President for three years. C-J also chaired the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whidbeygardening.org\/\">Whidbey Island Gardening Workshop<\/a> for five years and then led the <a href=\"https:\/\/mglearns.org\/\">Master Gardener Advanced Education Conference<\/a> for the past two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C-J has had a great impact on the Master Gardener program through her volunteer service.
