These take 1-2 hours and can be completed at your convenience.&nbsp; Please keep in mind that some projects, like Shooting Sports, may require additional volunteer trainings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While you are working on the online trainings, a request will be sent for your personal references to complete an online survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your club leader or the 4-H Coordinator will conduct an interview with you with only a handful of questions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Last but not least, a background check will be run on each applicant before final approval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we have all of those steps completed you will be official!&nbsp; It may sound like a lot of work but it really goes by pretty fast, and it\u2019s for a good cause!<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\r\n
