Growing Tomatoes on the Olympic Peninsula

February 11, 2021 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Growing Tomatoes in the Pacific Northwest
Dick Schneider founded RainCoast Farms, a non-commercial experimental farm 15 years ago, where he has evaluated hundreds of tomatoes varieties.  He has selected about 45 of these for their ability to produce high yields of good tasting fruit in Jefferson County.  This Zoom talk will focus on tomato plant selection, optimum growing conditions and common problems encountered by the home gardener.
