Learn how soil forms, how it stores water and nutrients, what nutrients actually are, and why soil is fundamental to life on Earth. Along the way, you&#8217;ll gain a new appreciation for the ground beneath your feet and the critical importance of soil conservation worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>This event is for everyone: <strong>farmers, gardeners, and curious humans alike. <\/strong><em>No one leaves unsoiled!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A rockstar turned scientist, Cassidy has served as Faculty Advisor for the <strong>OSU Organic Growers Club (OSU&#8217;s Student Farm)<\/strong> for more than 20 years.
