{"id":5406,"date":"2026-01-14T13:51:30","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T21:51:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/king\/?page_id=5406"},"modified":"2026-01-14T13:51:30","modified_gmt":"2026-01-14T21:51:30","slug":"december-minutes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/king\/december-minutes","title":{"rendered":"December Minutes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>December 11th, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting started at 6:37pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agenda:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Minutes (Approved by Floy and Rossi, no Disapproval)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial Report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grant Application Approvals (KYG and National Livestock)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fair entry bill (due 12\/24, $750) do we want to continue fair entry discussion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postage from Expo checks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial Report:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>$217 Spent on Super Saturday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserve funds are $11,408.15<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Floy recommends budgeting committee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grant Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Proposed that $500 is paid to Lorelai Justice for the National 4-H judging event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unanimously passed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KYG estimation of $300-$400 per person (Including Chaperone)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motion presented by Paige and 2nd by Jim to present the KYG attendees 75% of their cost of attendance, was passed Unanimously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fair Entry:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Fair entry cost went up $250 so the total cost yearly is now $750. Due by December 24th<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hit and Miss on whether Fair Entry worked well or in general.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The vote for fair entry was to pass and Alyssa Bowers is covered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premium Checks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Postage bill is $129.94&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Super Saturday:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Everyone enjoyed!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Motion to end the meeting from Floy, seconded by Jim. This ran unopposed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meeting ended at 7:30PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Secretary Paige Andersen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Floy and Anita approve these meeting minutes.
