{"id":5744,"date":"2026-03-16T16:04:27","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T23:04:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/king\/?page_id=5744"},"modified":"2026-03-16T16:18:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T23:18:02","slug":"5744-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/extension.wsu.edu\/king\/5744-2","title":{"rendered":"March Minutes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>March Minutes<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>March 12, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Floy: Meeting called to order at 705PM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In attendance: Shelley Sieg, Veronica Fry, Caroline Vadino, Jim Olson, Lou Sieg, Anita Mastin, Melinda Wilkinson, Floy Ziegler, Nancy Baskett, Aspen Dobbins, Alyssa Bowers, Heidi McKibbin-Cooper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Floy leading meeting due to Sue and Deb being out<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minutes:<\/strong> passed with no edits but spelling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Treasurers report:<\/strong> No activity last month, out of budgeted 15,600\/13,453.32 left of budget<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jim made a motion: If cookshack club checks aren\u2019t cashed by April 15 2026, they will be null and voided, Veronica seconded, motion passed unanimously<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Floy: check request for rifle and shotgun level 1 $60 each, jim made motion to approve and heidi seconded, passed unanimously<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Staff reports:<\/strong> Aspen shared Fred Meyer community rewards, have to sign up and add to your account to earn money for the 4-H association, shared reminder for adding hours to GivePulse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Updates on upcoming events and things including volunteer training, youth day events, etc. Reminders to enroll in 4-H online. Exchange program reminders.
