WSU Kitsap Master Gardeners present: Kids Cultivate at Blueberry Park
Free! Wednesdays from July 13th through August 10th from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. to coincide with the Bremerton Parks Dept. Summer Activity and Lunch Program. This summer join WSU Master Gardeners for five consecutive Wednesdays at Blueberry Park Children’s Garden to learn about bugs, composting and veggies and construct cool take-home crafts! While the “theme” changes each week, certain activities will repeat with a new focus, such as general gardening; planting and watering; scavenger hunts; scientific discovery; dress up our scarecrow. One or more adults must accompany each group of children. Activities designed for elementary school-age youth.
