A\u00f1ade la yuca. Hervir<br>hasta que est\u00e9 tierno, debe tomar unos 30 minutos. Nota: Si pones la yuca en el agua antes de<br>que hierva, la yuca se mantendr\u00e1 dura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mientras la yuca se cocina, coloque todos los ingredientes restantes y agregue suficiente agua<br>para cubrir. Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n y hervir a fuego lento durante unos 45 minutos o hasta que el<br>pollo, el repollo y las papas est\u00e9n cocidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira el tomate, los pimientos y el cilantro de la olla. Vierta un poco del caldo sobre \u00e9l y con<br>una cuchara, triture el tomate, los pimientos y el cilantro para obtener el m\u00e1ximo sabor de \u00e9l,<br>luego deseche.
