We will then test the gauge, comparing it to our calibrated gauge to determine accuracy of your pressure canners gauge. <strong>The cost is $10 per gauge\/canner, which is payable by cash or check.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>We will do our best to meet your availability, including before or after work Monday-Thursday, with prior arrangement.&nbsp; To request an appointment time, please fill out the form and share your availability in the notes section. Our program coordinator will contact you directly to arrange your appointment. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have a general food safety questions?
