Gauges can become inaccurate through regular use, handling, or being bumped, and processing food at insufficient\u00a0pressure\u00a0can create a serious food-safety risk.<\/div>\n<div>Bring your\u00a0pressure\u00a0canner lid with the dial\u00a0gauge\u00a0attached for\u00a0testing. We will check the dial\u00a0gauge\u00a0for accuracy and visually inspect the lid and gasket. If the dial\u00a0gauge\u00a0is off by two pounds or less, an adjustment can be made.
