There will be two judging contests held. Youth enrolled in the Horse Project are required to participate in one county horse judging event to be eligible to compete at the Kittitas County Junior Horse Fair and complete the 4-H year.  For intermediate and senior members to be eligible to judge on the Kittitas County 4-H State Horse Judging team, they must judge in both county judging events completing oral reasons. All members are encouraged to participate in both contests.
