4-H Honor Cords – Graduation Application

Overview

Due April 30th – No late submissions will be accepted.

Must be a graduating high school senior and have been in 4-H for at least 2 years to apply.

Completion of this application does not mean you will automatically be granted 4-H Cords. Your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified via email if you will be awarded the 4-H Honor Cords.

Please note: Cords may be worn at events, but your school’s graduation ceremony reserves the right to have you remove them when you walk.

Submit Kittitas County 4-H Honor Cord Application by April 30th.
