Reporting Hours in GivePulse

Washington State law requires that all WSU volunteers are covered by worker’s compensation insurance. The Washington State Department of Labor and Industry uses the dates and number of hours that volunteers work to determine the amount of insurance that must be purchased.

GivePulse is used to document your Volunteer Hours for WSU 4-H Youth Development.

If you are currently a Kittitas County 4-H volunteer and do not have a username, please contact the Extension Office.

Access the GivePulse system through Washington 4-H’s reporting page.

Why volunteer your hours?

Every hour you spend supporting 4-H is a donation. By donating and logging your volunteer hours, you give Kittitas County 4-H the numeric proof we need to show our funders and higher-officials that our programs are greatly valued and needed.

What qualifies as volunteer hours?

Anything and everything you do for 4-H!  Teaching, planning, prepping, shopping, paperwork, training, driving 4-H members, mentoring, presenting, etc.
