Enrollment packets will not be mailed. Exhibits that went to State Fair will be available for pickup as well as record books and other 4-H exhibits that were not picked up after county fair.

SUMMARY:2nd Annual Simcoe Quilt Retreat
DESCRIPTION:The 2nd Annual Simcoe Quilt Retreat takes place Friday\, October 7 through 9\, 2016. This event is an educational fundraiser for supporting the Klickitat County 4-H program. The event will take place at the Goldendale Grange Hall at 228 E. Darland Street in Goldendale. Plan to come and spend a weekend quilting with your friends and make some new ones\, too\, while supporting a great program. Participants can also take a break and do some sightseeing while in our beautiful community.  \nSome of the activities and highlights:\n– Instruction for those wanting to learn how to quilt.\n– There will be fun projects to try and opportunities for “Show and Tell”\n– Prize drawings\, door prizes\, special visit with local quilter Nettie Browning\n– Meals are included in the cost\n– Not a quilter?  Not a problem.  Other projects are WELCOME! \n\nCost is $100 for the weekend. Space is limited. There will be a few sewing machines available on a first come\, first serve basis. Please bring your own machine\, if possible. SUMMARY:Youth Quilting Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Learn to Quilt or Apply your skills at this week long clinic for youth sewers of all skill levels.  Youth do need to be at least 9 years old to participate. \nPre-Registraton to Klickitat County 4-H Leaders Council Required by August 2nd to purchase required supplies and materials. \n2019 Youth Quilting Clinic Flyer & Registration Form  \nCost covers food for the week and Batting.  You must provide some supplies for your Quilt and matching Pillow Case. \nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:4-H New Year Kick Off \nSaturday November 22nd as part of the 4-H Planning Day @9:30 am \nAt the Goldendale Grange Hall in Goldendale. \nAll clubs/groups are required to send at least one leader or volunteer to attend the annual kick off meeting.  If your Club/Group cannot be represented\, please contact the 4-H office to make alternate arrangemenets.  Important paperwork and policy updates will be provided\, as well as 4-H swag!
