It will be an engaging, interactive day full of<br \/>\ninspiration, learning and networking with other women farmers. The 2018 conference<br \/>\nis a one-day event held simultaneously at locations throughout Washington, Alaska,<br \/>\nIdaho, Montana and Oregon.<\/p>\n<p>The day begins with learning how to use your &#8220;financial numbers&#8221; to establish a cash<br \/>\nflow that includes your farm and personal living expenses and designed to strengthen<br \/>\nyour farm operation. The day continues with a panel of local women farmers who live<br \/>\nin your area. They will talk about the different ways they balance their lives \u2013 with<br \/>\ntheir top tips for handling finances and their personal lives. The final take-away<br \/>\nmessage from the cap note speaker will be all about making it possible to do what you<br \/>\nlove the most!<br \/>\nParticipants will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact. It will be a full<br \/>\nday of learning and networking!<br \/>\nWhether you have been farming for several years or are a new or aspiring farmer, our<br \/>\nconference has something for you. If you are a supporting spouse, student, intern or<br \/>\nown an agriculture-related business, make plans to attend this event. There is<br \/>\nsomething for everyone. If you have a farming partner, spouse or friend, bring them<br \/>\nwith you.
