Take them to the WSU Extension office at 205 W. Main (between Columbia Bank & Ritzville Drug) in Ritzville BEFORE the deadline. There are some pages such as the Committment page which require parent signature and leader signature.  Be sure each member has these signed.

Members interested in applying for Gold Medal Awards must turn in their completed Record Book including a “permanent record” section and a “project record” section. For example to apply for a Foods/Nutrition Medal there needs to be a “project record section” for the Foods & Nutrition Project. Members must also fill out an “Application for Gold Medal” available at the Extension Office when you turn in the Record Book.
