The next scheduled meeting will take place on October 1, 2025, beginning at 5:00 pm.<\/p>\n<p>All 4-H youth members, leaders, and parents are invited and encouraged to attend the Lincoln County 4-H Leaders Council meetings.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions or would like to submit agenda items for discussion, please contact Joy Wilken at 509-257-2319.<\/p>\n<h2>Lincoln County 4-H Leaders Council Bylaws<\/h2>\n<p>The Lincoln County 4-H Leaders Council operates according to a set of<a href=\"https:\/\/wpcdn.web.wsu.edu\/wp-extension\/uploads\/sites\/2075\/2013\/03\/LINCOLN-Co-Leaders-Council-BYLAWS-10-11-111.pdf\"> bylaws (PDF)<\/a> that outline the structure, responsibilities, and procedures governing the council&#8217;s activities.
