In collaboration with the Hood Canal Salmon Enhancement Group, we are inviting community members to learn about the ongoing efforts to control knotweed in north Mason County in an open house format. There will be presentations from the Mason County Noxious Weed Control Board as well as an interactive walk at the mouth of Mission Creek to educate community members on proper identification of knotweed and its effects on the landscape. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
