If you have a food safety, food preservation, food preparation, or nutrition question contact Kellie Conn<\/a> at 509-422-7245.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can provide resources for various types of food preservation- refrigeration, freezing, dehydrating and canning.\u00a0 Depending on the demand, we can also schedule workshops in those same topic areas.\u00a0 We have staff trained in the office who can test dial gauges from pressure canners.\u00a0 Please call ahead to schedule an appointment, 509-422-7245.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
