COVID-19 Advisory: WSU Extension is working to keep our communities safe. All Extension programming is being conducted consistent with the latest official state guidance. WSU Extension county offices and WSU Research & Extension Centers are following protocols for vaccination, masking, distancing and hygiene. If this office is not open to the public, we are available during normal business hours via email, phone, and web conference.

Resuming 4-H In-Person Activities

Washington State University Extension holds the health and safety of personnel, volunteers, the public, and that of program participants of critical importance. By following the guidelines laid out by the Governor’s office and the Washington State Department of Health, as well as best practices outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we hope to offer opportunities for participants to interact in person when appropriate.

If your event can be hosted virtually, proceed with the virtual option. For events that cannot be facilitated virtually, please visit the WSU Extension 4-H In-Person Resources page for the most up-to-date information on procedures, forms, etc.

Pacific County 4-H Volunteers: If you wish to hold an In-Person Event or Activity, you must talk to Toni first. In addition, you will need to watch this training video and complete the following:

The Pacific County Extension Office has copies of the required signage (Stop the Spread of Germs, Handwashing, and What Does 6 Feet Look Like?) that must be displayed during your In-Person Event or Activity. Please contact the office to borrow these sturdy, all-weather yard signs.
