DESCRIPTION:Mark Your Calendars\, You Won’t Want to Miss This!\nFriday\, August 4th from 9-12pm is Garden Clinic Day at the WSU Demo Garden. \nVisit with your local Master Gardeners about gardening in Pend Oreille County. Friendly knowledge and refreshments provided. \n\nWatch a demo on testing the pH of your garden soil\, repeated on the hour.\nGarden Tours will start every 15 minutes. See a wide variety of gardening techniques and what’s growing in the Demonstration Garden.\n On-site Answer Clinic – bring your gardening questions (and plant or insect samples\, if possible). WSU Master Gardeners will be standing by to research problems and provide management options.\n\nThe Demonstration Garden is located just northwest of the Extension Office. Park in the Extension Office parking lot at 227 S Garden Avenue\, Newport and walk the short distance to the garden. \n  \nWSU Extension programs are offered without regard to race; sex; religion; age; color; creed; national or ethnic origin; physical\, mental or sensory disability; marital status; sexual orientation; and/or status as a Vietnam-era or disabled veteran.
