Colorful Cooking Made Easy – Volunteer Orientation & Training

Are you a Food Network fanatic? Do you love the show “Chopped”?
If you enjoy cooking and possess a sense of adventure, this is the volunteer opportunity for you!
Get creative! Using only the ingredients found at the food bank and develop a tasty meal that
food bank visitors can try and take home to make.

• Educate! Provide cooking tips and recipe suggestions for food bank visitors.
• Break down barriers! Sometimes the only barrier between healthy and unhealthy eating is having the knowledge and skills to create healthy meals at home.
