Join our SNAP-Ed Educator, Svetlana Konotopchik, as she facilitates a free nutrition education series on Wednesdays from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Pierce County Community Connections building (3602 Pacific Ave., Tacoma, WA 98418).

- Workshop #1 (05/02 and 05/18) – Learn how to plan meals for your family and write shopping lists to save money and time
- Workshop #2 (05/09 and 05/25) – Learn to choose foods that are the most nutritious and that fit within your budget.
- Workshop #3 (05/16 and 06/01) – Learn techniques to lower your food bill and stretch your money. Learn how to use unit pricing, review bulk, and generic products, and how to keep your food safe to prevent waste and spoilage.
- Workshop #4 (05/23 and 06/08) Discover tips to help you plan nutritious meals for an entire week and taste a healthy, low-cost recipe.
