Eating Well for Less is a series of workshops for adults that focus on building cooking skills while emphasizing nutrition education and food safety concepts throughout the lessons. Each workshop includes time for hands-on practice creating healthy meals and discussion of money saving strategies through meal planning and food acquisition (via grocery shopping and/or food banks). Participants receive an Eating Well for Less cookbook as well as other supportive recipes and nutritional information.
Workshops are 45-90 minutes long and host sites can choose to offer 1-4 workshops. The content of the workshops is tailored to meet the interests and needs of the class participants.

- Meal Planning
- Label Reading
- Kid-Friendly Cooking
- Creating Simple Meals
- Healthy Cooking Techniques
