Update on SNAP-Ed Program Funding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Thank you for your interest in SNAP-Ed and nutrition education. As a result of federal legislation passed in July of 2025, program funding ended on September 30, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SNAP-Ed was a valuable and impactful part of WSU Extension for over thirty years and while we know the legacy of the program will continue, it will not operate in the same way with direct contacts in each community. WSU Extension remains committed to being a source of reliable, evidence-based nutrition information as well as working to increase access to nourishing food and opportunities to be physically active to support healthy communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While these sites will not be updated regularly, they are available as a resource to the public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
