Join this workshop with WSU Meat Science Experts! \nWhen: Monday March 25th \n9:30am-4pm \nMorning Session \n\nInteractive butchery demo highlighting consumer trends in the NEW WA Meat Up Mobile Butchery Truck!\nDiscussion: how do you improve efficiency to increase profitability\nDiscussion: what are consumer preferences and why it matters\n\nAfternoon Session \n\nWSDA Grant & Assistance Opportunities and Regulatory Q&A\nDiscussion: how do you communicate with and keep customers\nDiscussion: what affects meat quality\, yield\, and value\nDiscussion: does your price reflect your full costs\n\nWhere: Sequim High School \n601 N Sequim Ave\, Sequim\, WA \nCost: $25 includes lunch and materials \nLimit to 10 participants \nPre-registration is required and you must be a meat processor in order to participate (this is not for the general public).
