SUMMARY:Dirt Talk Farm Walk: Propagating and Planting Sweetpotatoes
DESCRIPTION:Join WSU Regional Small Farms and nursery woman\, Leilani Wood\, of Sunbaked Greenhouse for an on-farm walk through of her greenhouse and sweetpotato propagation system. Farmers will learn:  \n\nMethods for propagating sweetpotato slips for planting \nHow to maximize slip production \nTips for planting rooted and unrooted slips \nGeneral information about managing a commercial plant production greenhouse\n\n\nRegistration Details  \n Date: Monday\, April 8\, 11:00 am – 12:00pm (farmers may stay later if there are more questions) (in-person event!)  \n Location:  Address will be provided to registered attendees  \n Audience: Farmers\, Homesteaders and Producers Only  \nRegistration link: Please only register for this farm walk if you plan to attend as there is limited space for this event.
