DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to reduce your energy costs\, improve efficiency\, and explore renewable energy options?\n\n\n\nJoin Pierce County Conservation District and Spark Northwest\, in partnership with WSU Regional Small Farms and Kitsap Conservation District\, for a Rural Energy for America Workshop\, an interactive class designed specifically for farms and small businesses to learn about practical energy solutions and funding opportunities.\n\n\nEvent Highlights:\n\nYou’ll gain a clear understanding of energy audits and efficiency improvements\, along with detailed guidance on the USDA Renewable Energy for America Program (REAP)\, including what it covers and how to apply.\n\n\n\nThere are opportunities for grant writing assistance\, utility incentives\, tax subsidies\, and financing support to help you purchase energy-efficient equipment or install small-scale renewable energy systems.\n\nWho should attend?\nThis class will have information pertinent to both farmers and small business owners. \nEvent Details:\nDate: January 29th \nTime: 1:00pm-3:00pm \nLocation: Norm Dicks Government Center\, 345 6th St Room 406 Bremerton\, WA \nRegister here.  \nWSU Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination.
