Topics will include managing risk from humans\, animals\, soil\, water and tools and equipment. WSDA will also provide insights and resources on how to start a food safety plan.\n\n\n \n\n\nCome learn practical methods to manage microbial growth and contamination from the start of planting to sale! \n\n\n \n\n\n___________\n\n\nWSU Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination. Evidence of noncompliance may be reported through your local WSU Extension office. Reasonable accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities and special needs who contact Jess Sappington (345 6th St. Suite 550\, Bremerton WA / jess.sappington@wsu.edu / 360-337-7157 Ext. 6271) at least two weeks prior to the event.
