Hosted by WSU Extension Regional Small Farms Program in partnership with WSU\u00a0Food\u00a0Processing Extension\u00a0and Research team.\u00a0This training helps small to medium food processor fulfill Food Safety Modernization Act regulations that all personnel\u00a0should be trained\u00a0at least annually in food hygiene, food safety and food defense!\u00a0Who is this training for?<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Farmers with value-added products, bakers,\u00a0acidified\u00a0foods (jams, jellies, pickles), low-acid\u00a0foods, meat processors,\u00a0and more.\u00a0This training helps small to medium\u00a0food\u00a0processors\u00a0and growers fulfill training FSMA\u00a0regulations by\u00a0attending\u00a0a\u00a0food\u00a0safety training every year!\u00a0Our focus is to help our rural communities develop safer\u00a0food\u00a0systems.<\/p>\n
