SUMMARY:4-H Livestock Weigh-In & Showmanship Clinic
DESCRIPTION:Join the San Juan Livestock 4-H Club for a fun day of interactive learning at the San Juan County Fairgrounds. The day will start with a weigh-in and bio-security information from Dr. Besel. The Toth Family from Skagit County will host a variety of showmanship clinics focused on Beef\, Swine\, and Sheep. Siena Traynor will host a clinic on Goat showmanship. Clinton will be available for anyone to drop in and get registered in Fair Entry. \nPractice animals will be available if you can’t bring your own. \nAll 4-Hers are welcome regardless of project. \nTentative Schedule\n9:00 a.m. – Vet check & weigh in \n\nBio-security info from Dr. Besel\n\n10:30 a.m. – Showmanship Clinic with guest trainers: \n\nToth Farm Championship Showmanship – beef\, lamb\, and hog\nSJC 4-H Alumni Siena Traynor – goat\n\nLunch will be provided \n2:00 p.m. – Wrap up \nAll day – Fair entry registration support in the Marie Boe 4-H building
