This flexible course includes live or recorded options\, downloadable resources and scholarship opportunities.  \n  \nClass 1 Tuesday Sept 5: Water Bath Canning – learn to preserve jams\, jellies\, salsa\, canned tomatoes\, and more. \nClass 2 Wednesday Sept 6: Pressure Canning – learn to preserve low-acid foods such as vegetables\, meats\, soups\, and more. \nClass 3 Thursday Sept 7: Fermentation and Pickling – learn all about sauerkraut and learn to ferment and make quick pickles and more! \nClass 4 Friday Sept 8: Freezing\, Drying\, and Root Cellars – learn about other food storage methods including freezing\, drying\, root cellars and other microclimate storage.
