logistical considerations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> Future and Sustainability of the Livestock Market Animal Auction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A conversation about what it will take to operate a successful and sustainable auction in 2027 and beyond, including:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Review of 2026 post-auction hauling, processing, pickup, storage, and product distribution<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer capacity and the responsibilities currently carried by LMAAC<\/li>\n<li>Whether LMAAC can sustainably continue the current level of buyer services<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities to involve additional community members and non-voting volunteers in supporting auction operations<\/li>\n<li>Identifying essential auction functions, areas of responsibility, and priorities for 2027<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> LMAAC Organization and Leadership for 2026-27<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Review committee membership and organizational needs<\/li>\n<li>Identify vacancies and additional Meat Goat minimum from 70 lbs. to 65 lbs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auction Fees:<\/strong>\u00a0Consider a proposed graduated\/sliding-scale auction fee based on sale price<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terminal Sale:<\/strong>\u00a0Discuss a potential terminal-sale requirement for male market animals<\/li>\n<li><strong>Market Eggs:<\/strong>\u00a0Discuss participation and possible changes to auction order as an alternative to limiting Market Egg entries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong> 2026-27 Planning and Next Steps<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight:
