This special leader uses skill in conflict resolution, has social skills, is cooperative and communicates well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The young leader you choose can keep records, plan, organize and set goals. Such a leader is a critical thinker and a problem solver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This person leads by modeling, mentoring and teaching self-responsibility.
