Host&nbsp;families&nbsp;must speak English in the home and have youth between the ages of 9 and 17 to be paired with a host&nbsp;sibling of similar age.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wsu-spacing-after--small\">The purpose of this program is NOT tourism.&nbsp; Families that host do not need to tour the delegate around, they are here to experience life in an American family in the home setting.&nbsp; They are to do what you and your family are doing.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wsu-spacing-after--xxsmall\">Voluntary host families do not need to be in 4-H to participate in this exchange.&nbsp;
