Coordinated by <\/span><b>WSU San Juan County Extension<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the Ag Tent showcases the farmers, educators, and organizations working together to strengthen local agriculture, expand access to local food, and build a resilient island food system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Whether you&#8217;re a farmer, gardener, food lover, or simply curious about agriculture in the islands, the Ag Tent offers opportunities to ask questions, discover local resources, connect with community organizations, and learn something new. Throughout the weekend, visitors can also enjoy the <\/span><b>Green Village Speaker Series<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, featuring presentations from organizations throughout the Green Village on topics ranging from local farming and food systems to marine ecology, wildlife, sustainability, and cooking with local ingredients.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Explore the Ag Tent<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Visitors can meet local organizations, browse educational resources, and enjoy interactive exhibits throughout the Fair.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Featured exhibitors include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>WSU San Juan County Extension<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Learn about Extension programs and events supporting local agriculture and pick up research-based publications and practical resources for farmers, gardeners, landowners, and home food producers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>San Juan County Extension Master Gardeners<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Discover ways to support pollinators using our bloom calendar and test your knowledge of native plants and pollinators. Create a fun bumble bee craft to take home. Master Gardener volunteers will be available daily from <\/span><b>10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and everyone is invited to play <\/span><b>Pollinator Bingo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on Sunday.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>San Juan Islands Agricultural Guild<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Learn about resources available for local farmers and eaters, and discover how local organizations are working together to support the future of farming in San Juan County.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>San Juan Island Grange<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Learn about Overmarsh Farm Commons, the Grange&#8217;s chicken incubation and brooder lending program, and other efforts supporting community agriculture. Curious about Overmarsh Farm Commons?
