Virtual Family Business Succession Conference

Weekly Sessions

Attend weekly sessions during the month of February to learn a step-by-step process for building your succession and estate. Between weekly sessions, work together as a family to build your plan with support and opportunities to ask questions of our family business experts throughout the process.

Participants will learn and use a proven process developed over years of experience working with hundreds of families in agriculture, enabling you to know the right questions to ask, make informed decisions and have productive, constructive conversations.

Important: All family members affected by ownership or management transition should attend to assure outcomes are inclusive, positive business-smart and family friendly.

To receive the full benefit of this immersive experience, participants should plan on a time commitment of approximately 3-6 hours per week total, including:

• 2-3 hours per week in online group sessions
• 1-3 hours per week working together as a family to build your plan (outside of group sessions)
• Optional 1 hour per week office hours with family business experts to answer questions
