However\, you are not eligible to be added to the Judges List\, take the test\, or complete any subsequent certification steps until you are no longer enrolled in high school or 4-H. \nAn optional Equitation Over Fences session will be held on Friday\, October 30 at 7 pm. There is no additional charge to attend this session. \nThis training will be held in conjunction with the Snohomish County 4-H Fall Performance Show with both classroom and arena instruction. \nRegistration fee is to be paid in person at check-in via check\, cash\, or credit card. Check-in will be open Oct 31\, 7 am to 8 am in the Club Room of the Main Arena. Light refreshments will be served at check-in. Sandwiches\, fruit and veggie lunch will be served during the Judge’s Panel on Saturday. All other meals will be on your own. \nRV Parking is available for $35/night. DESCRIPTION:Saddle Up for the 2026 Northwest Washington 4-H Teen Summit! \n\nGrab your boots and get ready for a weekend of leadership\, learning\, connection\, and fun!\n\nThe 2026 Northwest Washington 4-H Teen Summit is open to 4-H teens ages 12–18 from across Washington State and will take place November 7–8\, 2026\, at Camp Lutherwood in Bellingham\, WA. This Western-themed overnight conference is planned with the help of 4-H teens and allows youth to build leadership skills\, meet 4-H members from across the state\, try something new\, and make some great memories along the way.\n\nRegistration is $50 per youth through October 27 and $65 during late registration\, October 28–November 4.\n\nWe’ve got a full weekend rounded up! Teens will participate in hands-on workshops\, leadership and team-building challenges\, a service project\, line dancing\, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other 4-H members.
