Meet Kim Fox and Lizette Flores as they demonstrate and provide tastings of simple recipes of foods commonly found in our local food banks.

Department of Social Health Services and Sedro-Woolley Food Bank:

  • Food $ense is at the Department of Social Health Services in Mount Vernon¬†every first and fourth Tuesday of the month from 10:00am to 12pm.
  • Food $ense will be at the Sedro-Woolley Food Bank¬†every first and third Wednesday from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.
