They are also intended for use by members with a filed accommodation that specifically includes difficulty with writing. If a Junior, Intermediate, or Senior member submits a Level 1 Record Book without an accommodation filed with the extension office, the book is not eligible for Top Record Book or other year end awards (see Leaders Council minutes, Feb 2024).
