COVID-19 Advisory: WSU Extension is working to keep our communities safe. All Extension programming is being provided virtually, or by approved plan. Effective July 6, 2021, Snohomish County WSU Extension will have a limited administration presence at Willis Tucker Park (Snohomish). The McCollum Park campus (Everett) continues to be closed to the public.  We are available via email, phone, and webconference.

Remote Repair Cafe

Got broken stuff? Toss it? No way! Bring it to the Repair Café!

Snohomish County WSU Extension Sustainable Community Steward Volunteers are offering our next FREE Repair Café Saturday, January 15th. Broken item drop off is available 10 am – 12 pm at HopeWorks Renew Home & Decor Store (webpage) on 3331 Broadway in Everett, just inside the entrance.

 

We will be taking limited registrations and will be requiring masks for all participants. Items will be repaired off-site during this remote repair event and available for pick up on Saturday, January 29, 10 am – 11:30 am.

Accepted items include: Clocks, jewelry, vacuums, small appliances, home décor, lamps, and some electronics. Limited textile, leather and clothing repairs are available as well. If you can carry it, we’ll try to repair it!

 

Bicycle repair: please plan on 1/13-1/14 for bike drop off at our Repair Partner, Sharing Wheels (webpage)

 

Please note: We are unable to fund the cost of any additional parts needed. If a part is needed to be purchased to make the repair, our volunteer will contact you to discuss before parts are ordered. Repairs are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for any damage made in attempt to repair items.
