Please join us for an opportunity for training in this internationally recognized evidence based practice model.  The SFP10-14 curriculum has been recently updated by Iowa State University, and this training will be led by a WSU Extension training team that has recently been recertified by Iowa State University.  This training is sponsored by WSU Extension.  Over 3 days, you will be trained to facilitate the 21 different parent, youth, and family sessions in the curriculum. In addition, you will receive updates on the latest research that is happening in Washington State and nationally and get lots of helpful hints on how to best implement the program in your community.   This dynamic training will include lunch and snacks all three days.  Official curriculum binders will be available for purchase through ISU after the training

Event takes place April 25 – 27, 2017 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm each day.

The training will prepare people to be facilitators.   It is recommended that 3-4 people attend from each community if there are no experienced facilitators in your area.   The training is also appropriate for agency/school representatives who are considering implementing the program.   Training fee – $150 payable to WSU Extension.   Space is limited to 24 registrants.
