SUMMARY:Preserve the Harvest 2: Basics of Dehydrating and Freezing
DESCRIPTION:[section ][row layout=”side-right” padding=”pad-bottom”][column ][textblock ] \nOnline via Zoom and In-person  \nSecond in the Preserve the Harvest series\, this class will explain the scientific background behind today’s recommended methods for freezing and drying foods\, a method of home food preservation that allows you to enjoy seasonal foods all year long.  There will be plenty of time for your questions after the presentation. \nA list of recommended resources will be provided via email the next day to those registered along with a link to a video recording of the class.
