SUMMARY:Preserve the Harvest 5: Tomatoes\, Salsa & Relish
DESCRIPTION:Online via Zoom and In-person\n\nLearn how to turn the local abundance of tomatoes and fresh vegetables into jars of color and flavor for the dreary days of winter. \nFifth in the Preserve the Harvest series\, we’ll cover the basics of making shelf-stable tomato products along with salsa\, and relish. In addition\, there will be plenty of time for your canning questions after the presentation. \nA list of recommended resources will be provided via email the next day to those registered along with a link to a video recording of the class.
