DESCRIPTION:Online via Zoom and In-person\n\n\nDelight in the bright flavors of fresh fruit and discover how easy it is to capture sunshine in a jar. Create that perfect balance of fruit\, sweetener\, and other ingredients to enhance flavor and shelf life with research-based recipes. Low and no-sugar recipes covered.\n\nThird in the Preserve the Harvest series\, we’ll cover the basics of making shelf-stable jams\, jellies\, and preserves. In addition\, there will be plenty of time for your canning questions after the presentation.\n\nA list of recommended resources will be provided via email the next day to those registered along with a link to a video recording of the class. The video recording will be available to view for one year after the class occurs.
